One of the downfalls of learning to cope with anxiety is that you are always prepared to expect the worst. That’s not necessarily a bad trait, but it’s definitely not what you want when you’re trying to manifest the life of your dreams.
It’s a common concern: how do I manifest if I have anxiety? Can I draw what I’m manifesting to myself if, in the back of my mind, I’m constantly focused on the worst case scenario?
It’s a common misconception that to manifest, you need to constantly thinking positively. In reality, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Rather, you need to learn how to transmute the negative feelings and anxieties you may have into a positive force that manifests your greater good.
In fact, transmuting your negative thought patterns may even help with some of your anxieties. Crazy, I know.
Here’s a simple process for transmuting anxiety into manifestations.
1. Visualize your end goal- the result that would bring you the most joy- and focus on it. Don’t just think about it. Think about all of your senses in that moment, how it would feel, what you would see, what you would say, etc. Picture it as a real moment in your brain, not just a thought.
2. Once you have created this image in your mind, think to yourself, “And so it is. It is done.”
3. Release it. Whenever your anxious thoughts creep in, stop and give yourself a moment. Close your eyes, visualize your end goal again, and repeat “it is done” to yourself. You know that it is complete, that it is happening, and just like that, you’re transmuting your anxieties into manifestations.
If the desire is present in you, all that’s left is the potential to manifest it. All you need to do is follow this journey and watch it unfold.
Trust that your manifestation, or something better, will come to fruition, because you’re putting in the effort to do so always, even when your anxieties try to get in the way.
